it is already blonde, but how do i make it curly? (w/o and iron or curlers)

i dont think its possible without curlers or irons. i have naturally wavy/curly hair... and to make it curly i..

put moose in

spray a curl enhancer

and gel or/and spray gel.

then defuse it with a blow dryer.

it makes it pretty curly but not like springy curly.

Umm. . . you dont. I guess you could get a perm. Go to your hair stylist with a pic of how you want it and ask if they can do that. If not, its all up to the curlers/iron!!
