Haircut magazine/ website suggestions?

So, as I look at how people have their hair, it's mostly long... I have had different styles , but all long mind you, for like 2 years. I want something COMPLETELY different!! :D Good idea?

But the trouble i always have is finding a haircut that I like that actually looks good on me! Anyone have the same problem?

So I was wondering what haircut magazine has a wide selection of pictures maybe with tips, that I could show to a hairdresser and they get it right.
