I want to start a new magazine, really just for fun but if it kicks off that would be great... I don't want to spend alot of money, I know makeup artists, Photographers, hair stylists, writers... so all of that can be done for very little money.. Does anyone have any advice, as to what programs we could use, where to get it printed and bound and pretty much everything?!?!?!
